1. Digital Product License & Usage

1.1 License Type

• Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license.

• You may use the digital product for personal or business branding purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, modify for resale, or claim the templates as your own.

 

1.2 Permitted Uses

Personal & Business Use: You can use our templates to brand your business or projects.
Customisation Allowed: You may modify colors, fonts, and layouts within Canva or other supported platforms.
Marketing Use: You may use the templates for social media, presentations, and marketing materials for your own business.

 

1.3 Prohibited Uses

Reselling or Redistributing – You cannot sell, share, or give away the templates (modified or unmodified).
Commercial Resale – You cannot use these templates to create branding kits for clients.
Trademarking the Design – You cannot trademark or copyright any part of the template, as it remains the property of CúanAngel.

 

 

2. Canva Usage & Limitations

2.1 Canva Compatibility

• Templates are designed for use in Canva (Free or Pro version).

• Some Canva Pro elements may require a Pro subscription or an additional license from Canva.

 

2.2 Canva’s Terms of Use

• Canva’s platform and design elements are subject to Canva’s own licensing and terms (Canva Terms).

• If Canva makes changes to its platform, CúanAngel is not responsible for template functionality issues caused by Canva updates.

 

2.3 Editing & Customisation Support

• We provide basic guidance on customizing templates.

• We do not offer Canva troubleshooting, third-party design support, or custom modifications.

 

 

3. Refunds & Exchanges

3.1 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

3.2 Exceptions for Technical Issues

We may offer support in the case of:
Download Errors: If you are unable to access your files, we will assist you.
Corrupt Files: If the file is faulty, we will provide a new one.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All templates, branding kits, and digital designs remain the intellectual property of CúanAngel.

• Canva elements remain subject to Canva’s licensing policies.

5. Customer Support

• Support is available for 30 days after purchase for template access and minor issues.

6. Modifications to This Policy
